This turbine suffered a lightning strike in 1998 and the insurance company paid for the complete nacelle inside & outside including the rotor, and hub, and had all new blades replaced by windWorld. Please note that at the time of replacing the nacelle, Windworld installed a 200kW generator and de-rated it down to 150kW to comply with the PPA. the de-rating can either be maintained or easily be bypassed and run as a 200kW turbine
